Product Overview
Made of medical-grade polypropylene (PP) complying with USP Plastic Class VI standards. No mold release agents, plasticizers, or bacteriostats are added during production, and it contains no heavy metal ions. The finished product has good biocompatibility.
Micro centrifuge tubes are available in multiple capacities: 0.2mL, 0.5mL, 1.5mL, 2mL, 5mL, etc.
The tube cap can be opened and closed with one hand, making operation easy.
The product is chemically resistant and low-temperature resistant, with a temperature range of -80°C to +121°C, and does not deform.
Parts of the tube cap and tube body surfaces are frosted for easy marking.
According to the product use, products free of DNase, RNase, and pyrogens can be customized.
EO, irradiation sterilization methods, or non-sterile options are available.
I. (Ultra) Low Adsorption
In laboratory molecular biology research, minimizing sample loss is crucial for low-concentration samples (such as low-concentration proteins/DNA, etc.) to maximize sample recovery and ensure accurate and reliable subsequent analysis. Centrifuge tubes with low or ultra-low adsorption inner walls significantly reduce the adsorption of samples (proteins/DNA) onto the tube wall, allowing for the maximum recovery of proteins/DNA.
II. High Safety
◎ The snap-on safety cap design effectively prevents the centrifuge tube cap from popping off or bursting during experimental operations, providing a maximum safety factor, especially when heating the tube body.
◎ The cap of the screw-cap centrifuge tube features an O-ring leak-proof gasket, or the cap adopts a two-color injection molding process to effectively prevent leakage. The tethered design of the tube body and screw cap avoids cross-contamination.
